I have taken my vehicles here since 1988. Craig promotes honesty and integrity in his shop and his staff share in that vision. They always try to find a solution that saves money. That isn’t always possible but they will always try. The availability of a loaner vehicle has always been helpful for me. Awesome shop with awesome people.

The whole team is amazing! They sent photos and information about each issue with my car and didn’t pressure me into fixing anything non urgent. I had a great experience with the team at Precision Automotive of Utah. Kevin and Shane were very helpful in getting the proper service for my vehicle. They were able to advise me of potential issues with my vehicle and how to address them. Everything was priced fairly and I will be returning for my next service.

Where able to help me out in a pinch. My van needed a new thermostat. It had been changed out (at another mechanic out of town) 5 months ago and just quit working. I stopped by, they offered me a loaner vehicle while diagnosing, repairing, and working with the other mechanic for some warranty payment. I appreciate there practice, professionalism, and timeliness.

I was quoted $3600 from another shop to fix a noise in my suspension and wanted a few other quotes. I went Precision in person with the quote from the other shop and asked if I could get a comparison from them. They offered to look at the car and diagnose it themselves and gave me a completely different recommendation for the repair. They fixed my suspension evaluated the entire car gave me recommendations on things I could do for maintenance in the future. I also had my transmission serviced and my engine and cabin air filters replaced for one quarter of the quote from the first shop I went to. I am so grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and honest establishment I will definitely be referring everybody I know

Amazing!!!!! Every staff I met with was very honest and helpful. Even though a few things on my car could have used replacement, they were honest about what really is the priority. I didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell me things like a lot of shops. 10000/10 recommend! I’m from arizona and have never been able to find a shop like this. will definitely be coming back!

The whole experience was great. I talked to two guys, a tech and the guy on the office (sorry I don’t remember names). They were both great. I felt like they were actually listening to me regarding the issues we had with our SUV. We got estimates at 4 or 5 shops in the area; their estimate was easily the lowest and felt the most honest. I will definitely use this shop again. Thanks guys!

These guys are amazing. Extremely kind Thorough, professional, and FAST! All around great place to take your vehicle, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They do exactly what they say. If you need a place to diagnose something they will go above and beyond to figure it out and make sure they give you the right information. Oh, and not to mention prices aren’t bad either. Absolutely amazing. Came in with my WRX and asked to check the transmission fluid. I was at almost 30k miles and was due for a full service but didn’t ask them to do it and they did it all for me without me even asking! They even sent pictures of everything they found and were incredibly honest and affordable. I am beyond grateful!

Precision Auto recently resurrected an old truck of mine that I hadn’t driven for 4 years. It was in pretty rough shape. They helped identify the key problems and got it running again at a reasonable price. Shane kept me up to date every step of the way. I especially liked the progress reports sent by email that like to a detailed explanation of what they’ve done and what needs to be done.

I went into the shop just for someone to test drive my car young man test drove it figured what was wrong with it right away put it up on the rack and seen the problem. The whole front wheel bearings needed to be replaced they did a excellent job I recommend Precision Automotive any day. The front end management was excellent they gave me a nice discount I’m very happy I’ll be taking my vehicle there again I just hope not for a while 🙂 the young man who looked at my car is the one who worked on it and he did an excellent job I’m sorry I can’t remember his name.

I was doing a big road trip heading to the west coast from Montreal, and I made an appointment for alignment and oil change because I found my front wheels running unevenly and my mileage was hitting 10k km after my last oil change. The guy here told me that my alignment was fine so they only charged me for the oil change and some regular check (to make sure everyone would be fine for me to finish my trip). It was so kind of them! The price was very fair here. They also figured out the reason of having uneven tires on my truck and gave me some suggestions (at least for me to finish my trip). I’ll mark this place down as a stop for my future grand trips.

Kevin’s always been very responsive and helpful. I appreciate that they are always very honest, and if your car will cost more to fix than it’s worth they will tell you. Honestly, just super trustworthy and competitive pricing overall. Can’t recommend more.

I had a fantastic experience with Kevin at Precision Auto! He quickly diagnosed and fixed my alternator issue at a very fair price. The after-hours drop-off and pick-up option made everything so convenient for my busy schedule. Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent — keeping me informed every step of the way. My 2016 SS had a very mild drift to the left on flat roads, and I was trying to find an alternative to taking it to the dealer for an alignment. They did a great job, and it now tracks straight and true. While I was waiting, I realized I was overdue for a brake fluid flush and they were also able to perform that for me while I waited. Excellent service all around and I’ll be going back again.

I got a check engine light and car went into “limp mode.” I called Precision Automotive and was able to get the car in and diagnosed same day. Luckily it was something I was able to fix myself. Shane gave great advice on which brands to use for parts and best way to save money. Car is running smooth again.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that Craig showed while my vehicle was being repaired. It was a crappy situation and wasn’t cheap, but Craig was great at explaining exactly what was going on and made sure that I knew exactly what was going on. He also reached out to me several months later to ensure that the repairs completely resolved the issue. I will definitely recommend them and return if I have any future necessary repairs!

I went in to get get my vehicle looked at. Thinking I was going to get a high quote like other auto shops and just booked for another day. I was impressed by how fast they diagnosed and fixed my car before work! Pricing was fair. I will definitely continue using Precision auto for my car needs.
